Connect with others on Skype without creating an account
Microsoft announced recently that users will now be able to function through Skype without having to create an account or even download Skype. What users will simply be required to do is join in as guest to access its features such as chat, voice and video calls.
Users can head on to the official Skype website (Skype.com) and tap to start a conversation by simply adding their names. The platform will then provide the user with a unique conversation link that can be shared with other contacts that are present on the platform. This feature is quite similar to that of Google which allows users to invite non-Google users to Hangout.
The company said guest users are given the option to invite up to 300 people to chat, while up to 25 people on voice and video calls.
