How to get 600mbps Reliance Jio internet connection free for three months
Reliance Jio is set to offer fast broadband speeds to its customers after deploying the Jio Fiber service or Fiber To The Home (FTTH) across the country.
The service is offering a range of plans capped with limited speed and data usage.
In addition, Reliance Jio is also offering broadband connections without any speed limit—the ‘Volume-based plans’ that will not be restricted to a particular speed. The service provided under the Volume-based plans will hold no limits on speed, instead it will be offering unlimited speed, considering per day data usage and will be priced accordingly.
The Jio broadband service will also be launched as a welcome offer for three months. However, there is a fair usage policy (FUP) applicable in the service which will allow users to download 100GB data at the full speed, but once exhausted the speed of the service will get reduced to 1Mbps.
In case any customer wishes to discontinue the Jio broadband service after completion of the three-month trial period, the Reliance Jio will uninstall the router and also refund the charges, Rs 4500, paid to install the router.
The Reliance Jio broadband service is currently available in Mumbai and Pune. According to a report by India Today, a few buildings in Mumbai is already using the service, getting around 70Mbps to 100Mbps of speed.
Reliance Jio is in plans to extend the service to top 100 cities in India.
Mukesh Ambani had said in his speech that FTTH will push the power of 4G data, and will offer data speed up to 1 Gigabit per second.
The Reliance Ultraband is one such fiber line internet service. It provides speed up to 1 Gigabit per second, approximately 50 times faster than the average internet speed available in India. The service is said to be capable of downloading a 5GB of HD movie in less than 2 minutes.
