Freecharge launches Auto Pay'
Freecharge has introduced ‘Auto Pay’ to facilitate transactions for any validity bound recharges or utility bill payments. The new feature will make the payment process more reliable for customers.
To make recurring recharges and bill payments convenient and friction-free, customers can now enable the Auto Pay option for payments via Freecharge. The payments will be done automatically from the Freecharge wallet on the due date, given that the consumer maintains sufficient wallet balance. Once the transaction is successful, a confirmation will be shared with the customer.

Consumers can avail the Auto Pay option for any validity based payments such as mobile recharges and utility bill payments.
The Auto Pay feature sends a reminder to the customers about the due date before initiating the payment process. In case there aren’t sufficient funds in the Freecharge wallet, customers are reminded to add money to their wallet.
