The much awaited Super Mario Run is all set to launch on Apple iOS on December 15.
The Nintendo-created Super Mario Run was unveiled alongside the launch of Apple’s iPhone 7, in September. Shigeru Miyamoto, Mario creator, himself appeared on stage during the Apple Keynote event to demonstrate its gameplay, which Nintendo calls the “first-ever mobile game featuring the most iconic video game hero all time.”
The game will be made available to all Apple’s iOS operating system, including iPhones and iPads starting today. Although the initial download of the game from Apple’s App Store is free, but offers limited content. Users will be asked to pay $10 (approx. Rs 670) to continue and unlock the entire game.
The game is speculated to launch on Android devices as well, but presumably in the next year.
