Porn is one subject that is a major concern around the world. One of the leading adult entertainment websites Pornhub stating that around 4.6 billion hours of porn was viewed in 2016 by just users registered on their website. While this is probably for entertainment or educational use only, the major concern about pornography is addiction.
Though many of you out there would admit to watching porn for various reasons, most might not know that they are highly addicted till they one day find out about it. So how do you know if you have a problem?
The Metro UK reports that psychologists from Beáta BÅ‘the of Eötvös Loránd University in Hungary have devices a test that can reveal if you are a problematic user or not. Their research has suggested that the ‘problem’ porn users tend to become obsessed with porn and watch more than 110 minutes of adult content each week. The researchers have developed a set of questions that can pinpoint problem porn users.
The researchers state that viewing porn is not problematic and may have little or no negative impact on a user’s personal life. However, it can become problematic in the longer run and can cause negative impact of one’s relationship or job.
If you watch porn regularly, and think you aren’t addicted — think twice. Take the test below and you could get your answer. Do note: The test is meant as an initial assessment and a true diagnosis of pornography addition can only be made through in-depth interviews and alike.

1 = never, 2 = rarely, 3 = occasionally, 4 = sometimes, 5 = often, 6 = very often, 7 = all the time
