Oracle to make Bengaluru its hub

A week after Apple’s announcement that they would be opening a manufacturing unit in Bengaluru, it is the turn of Oracle to make the city its hub. The state government is all set to clear allotment of 13 acres of land to the US-based software firm at Kadubisanahalli. Major industries minister R.V. Deshpande said that the High Level Committee will take final a decision on allotting land to Oracle to set up a development centre at Rs 2,448 crore.
