What to expect at Microsoft's 26 Oct hardware launch
Tech giant Microsoft is holding a special hardware launch event on 26 October in New York at 7:30pm (IST). The company will be unveiling some of its newest Surface hardware products alongside Windows 10 software update. While they have already started sending official invites out for the event, one can even expect some major Xbox-related announcements as well.
According to a report published by The Verge, viewers will be seeing the debut of the company’s long-rumoured Surface-branded keyboards and mouse. The latter is said to represent the company’s designer Bluetooth desktop kit that will come in a grey colour scheme. Apart from that, they will be showcasing laptops and devices from OEMs.
The main focus however, will be on Microsoft’s Windows 10 software update that is expected to come with further plans for two other big updates next year.
Lastly, Microsoft even plans on discussing the numerous features that they will be integrating with the Xbox across various platforms.
