According to a Digitimes report, the iPhone 7 Plus is tipped to be a total revamp of the current range of Apple’s latest smartphones. They also said that have said that the iPhone7 Plus may sport an even larger screen as compared to the current iPhone 6.
The company is not yet ready to launch an OLED-screened smartphone and it will take at least another year to launch the device, the report pointed out.
Earlier reports pointed out that Apple has been constantly trying to strike a deal with Samsung Display, LG Display, and Japan Display to manufacture OLED displays for them. It would take at least a year for any of the above companies to supply the required OLED screens.
On the other hand, some analysts have hinted that the new OLED screen Apple device will not be revealed till 2019 at least.
