Swipe has announced the launch of a new 4G VoLTE ready smartphone — the Swipe Elite Pro. The smartphone will go up against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 4. The device will be selling at a price of Rs 6,999 and will be available on the e-commerce website Snapdeal.
As for the specifications, the smartphone comes with an IPS 5-inch display HD display with 720p resolution and is powered by a 1.4GHz quad core processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with the Freedom UI skin on the top.
The smartphone packs in a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash, while there is an 8MP front facing shooter for selfies. The smartphone also has a fingerprint sensor for added security.
The smartphone draws power from a 2500mAh battery which is a huge setback, considering its contemporaries such as the Moto C Plus (5000mAh) and Redmi 4 (4100mAh) offer huge batteries.
