There are three kinds of papers that can be used to recycle paper, they are mill broke, pre-consumer waste, and post-consumer waste. These waste papers are recycled by mixing them with water and chemicals to break them down. They are then chopped up and heated, breaking them down further, resulting in the formation of a mixture called pulp or slurry.
