Synology has announced three beta versions of major packages — Drive, Office and Moments. This content collaboration with deep learning is a part of the development process and the reformation of network storage to enhance user experience. Synology invites the community of users to take part in this development process through Synology’s Collaboration Suite, designed to reform the way files and photos are organised by users.

Synology Drive is providing a unified portal to access work files across multiple platforms, including web browsers, local file explorer, and iOS/Android devices. What’s more, files can also be synchronised to your computer. You can manage files and apply sharing permissions for other users with ease, create team folders to share to multiple users. The desktop client is supported on Windows, macOS and Linux, users can selectively synchronise files in My Drive, Team Folders and Shared with me to their PCs and laptops.

Synology Office enables users to present your business on the go. The existing Spreadsheet and Document have also been enriched with more options of self-defined rules and flexible layouts. With this freshly-unveiled file type, you can collaborate on slide content with team members and showcase your business anytime, anywhere. Link cell data from one sheet to another to create tables and forms with great flexibility. The print layout mode is now available for viewing your documents with page separators.

Synology Moments contextualises random photos taken on your mobile devices, using the deep learning model to automatically categorize your photos by faces, subjects, themes, and locations. It supported on iOS and Android systems, Moments helps you back up and classify your precious pictures without a hassle.
