VIVOTEK launches its latest license plate capture solution IP816A-LPC

In the effort to provide the market with network cameras of superior image quality, VIVOTEK had dedicated its resources to come with a high-class license plate capture solution and thus, the IP816A-LPC came into existence.

It is designed to capture vehicles with both reflective and non-reflective license plates traveling at speeds of up to 80km/h. With a 2mp resolution camera, it provides wide coverage views of dual-lane traffic as well as superior recognition results.

The device is equipped with two external long-range IR LEDs and a built in IR pass filter. It can automatically generate sufficient illumination and decrease reflective glare in order to capture license plates clearly even in difficult lighting conditions.
