Smartphone maker HTC is expected to unveil a set of new smartphones at an event that will take place on January 12. Major reports speculate that the company will be introducing a new breed of smartphones under the name ‘Ocean.’ The new flagship will focus on display, camera and audio. Among the three devices that have been rumoured to be introduced under the name ‘Ocean,’ is a smartphone named ‘U Ultra.’ New details regarding the smartphone were recently revealed by @OnLeaks. The leakster mentions that the information comes from an unverified source, so it’s best to take it with a grain of salt.
Additionally, sources familiar with HTC’s plans claim that the upcoming HTC flagship will boast a huge 6-inch display and will probably ditch the 3.5mm audio jack.
As far as the HTC U Ultra is concerned, the device is expected to be available in three colours at first (black, blue and white) with a possibility of other colour options being added in the following months. Nothing else is known about the smartphone yet.
