Pokemon Go gets new update, added features
Pokemon Go has received its major updates on both Android and iOS platforms. The update seems to offer both interesting and hateful features.
Following the update, the good news is that the update has allowed users re-customize their characters, has rebalanced Pokemon move set to make gyms fairer, and has changed some spawn locations. The update has also allowed players to lock their favourite Pokemon to prevent accidental transfers. To prevent accidents, the developers have rolled a few new warning flick ups that will appear on the screens with a message saying “Don’t drive and play Pokemon Go” or “Don’t trespass.”
However, the famous “three-footstep” feature that was considered as a bug for weeks, a footstep indicator which indicated players as they gets closer to a specific Pokemon, is no longer a bug. Niantic, the developers of the game has completely removed the feature, meaning players will now be given any indication as to where nearby Pokemon are.
Apart from it, the update has fixed issues with displaying certain maps, details screen, modified battle damage calculations, improved memory issues, medal achievement images and some minor text fixes.
