PTron launched ‘Sonor’, a Bluetooth mini speaker with subwoofer sound effect. This portable speaker connects to any smart device or tablet.
It features a scratch and fingerprint stain resistant metallic body, the speaker also claims to feature 360-degree surround sound with a subwoofer effect. It is compatible with TF cards and 3.5mm AUX interface for external media players. Connectivity options include Bluetooth v3.0 which range up to 10m from the paired source. It is equipped with a 4-ohm 3W speaker, that boasts of a frequency range between 40Hz and 18kHz. The speaker is powered by 1000mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery and the company claims the speaker’s playback time to be up to 6 hours.
The company will also be launching a few more Bluetooth speakers in the current quarter. The Sonor is priced at Rs 999.
