Google-made headphones in the making
Google is reportedly working on a new pair of Bluetooth, on-ear headphones.
Liliputing website apparently spotted the headset on a FCC certification website, with images.
The headphones sported model number GID5B and Google’s logo on both left and right ear-cups. The headset further features power and ANC switches, volume controllers and a micro USB port.
The FCC website showcases the headphone manual. As per the information in the manual, the headphones comes with adjustable headband, an optional AUX cable support, playback controls and a microphone for hands-free calling.
On the specifications front, the Google headphone seem to feature a 40mm driver diameter, 32Ohms impedance, 12Hz – 20KHz frequency range and a 600mAh battery.
According to Android Authority, the Google headphones will only be available for its employees.
