HP upgrades its Pavilion x360 notebook with a stylus
HP has announced new HP Pavilion x360 with pen for students, creative professionals and millennials. Ahead of the new college season, the company has also introduced offers worth over Rs 34,000 for customers.
The HP Pavilion x360 comes with a micro-edge 14-inch FHD touch-enabled display. It is powered by the latest Intel-8th generation Core i7 processor clocked at 1.8GHz. Its Intel Optane memory promises to improve overall system performance by 28 per cent. The convertible laptop is equipped with Intel's discrete UHD 620 GPU (other options include 4GB NVIDIA GeForce MX130 Graphics).
Weighing 1.68 kg, the laptop claims to be lighter than its predecessor and boasts of dual storage for faster speed. It features 12GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. The notebook comes with a 5MP HP's TrueVision full HD front-facing camera with 120-degree wide viewing lens. It claims to have 3D geometric facets of the speaker grill to provide better engineered audio output. For added security, the notebook comes with a fingerprint reader authentication. With a 3-cell, 41Whr Li-ion prismatic battery, the laptop promises to provide a backup of up to 11 hours, it is also supported by HP Fast Charge technology.
On the I/O, it sports one HDMI, a 3.5mm headphone jack, one USB Type-C and two USB 3.1 ports. As for the connectivity, the laptop supports Intel 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2. And, lastly, the Pavilion x360 runs on Windows 10 Home and features MS Office Home and Student, 2016.
