Alert! Apple offers to replace older MacBook Pros for free

It appears like the company's supply constraints could result in your receiving a brand-new machine as a replacement for the aging notebook.

When it involves an older machine, issues with lack of supply of the required components can really cause problems. This case is especially pertaining to Apple’s 2012 and 2013 versions of MacBook Pros. However, Apple has an excellent customer-service solution to this problem. The Cupertino-based firm is apparently offering users with a brand new replacement for (2012 and 2013 editions) MacBook Pros, if their notebooks are experiencing irresolvable battery or any other component issue.

According to MacUser, Apple doesn’t have an integrated battery assembly for mid-2012 and early-2013 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro models. In other words, users who visit an Apple Store looking to get a battery replaced are out of luck. Apple ideally replaces a worn-out battery at no charge, provided that the users have an AppleCare+ extended warranty. However, as mentioned before, Apple doesn’t have enough to supplement all the user’s requirements. In order to make things right, the firm is offering to replace the current models with newer ones for free.
