Designer Rafael Dymek created a mirror that has all the functionalities of a smartphone. He was inspired when he saw his girlfriend struggling to find her phone in the midst of getting ready in front of a mirror.
Dymek has created a fully functional smart touchscreen mirror based on Apple’s iOS 10. The design includes the time and date in the upper right hand corner and a weather widget on the left. All apps can be moved around and placed anywhere around the mirror. After 45 seconds of inactivity, the mirror goes to sleep and turns into an ordinary mirror. Simply tapping on the glass will wake it up and resume as a phone. Things that are useful are apps like Uber, Netflix, news, smart IoT controls, speakers and more.
