Apple's upcoming MacBook Pro line-up leaks ahead of launch
The invites to Apple’s 27th October launch event were recently sent out thereby, confirming rumors regarding the company's intentions to launch its latest line-up of MacBook Pros in the market.
Now reports suggest that Apple will be launching 3 new models namely a 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pro and a new 13-inch MacBook Pro.
According to KGI Securities Ming-Chi Kuo who recently issued a report on this, the primary feature on the upcoming MacBook Pro line-up will be its 'context-sensitive' touchscreen that is set to replace the physical function of the keys that control popular commands which are primarily app-by-app based.
The laptops are further expected to come integrated with TouchID that will essentially verify the user’s identity.
In fact, Forbes even published a report recently which suggests that Apple will be reducing the number of ports on the hardware and will be relying primarily on USB-C for connectivity and power.
However, Kuo believes that iMacs and external displays may not be revealed at the event and that Apple will not be shipping the laptops for sale any time soon.
