HP introduces world’s first mini workstation in India

PC manufacturer HP has introduced the world’s first mini workstation in India. It is designed especially for users in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and other compute-intensive industries. According to HP, the Z2 Mini Workstation delivers high performance and versatility and at only 2.3-inch high, is 90 per cent smaller than a traditional business-class towers.

With this new offering, HP is positioned to extend its workstation leadership by delivering a new category of workstation that offers superb performance, elegance and efficiency.

 

Building off the success of the HP Z240 SFF, the Z2 Mini Workstation is twice as powerful as any commercial mini PC on the market. It has the ability to support six displays right out-of-the-box.  The workstation, running Windows 10 Pro or Linux, comes equipped with next generation Intel Zeon processor and NVIDIA professional graphics.

The HP Z2 Mini Workstation will be available in India January 25th onwards at a starting price of Rs 72,000.
