CES 2018 witnessed Ashley Chloe come up with two new true wireless earbuds: the Fuse, and then under its Rowkin brand, the Ascent. The Fuse is the brands first true wireless earbuds, and its second product following the Helix Cuff the company debuted with on Kickstarter.
The Fuse has a rechargeable dual-purpose case that can recharge the earbuds or power your other devices, like a phone, through Qi wireless charging. It is aesthetically attractive and comes in a pebble-shaped case and minimal gold band. The product also has a 5mm driver and supports Bluetooth 5.0.
The other brand, Rowkin, which also debuts this year with its wireless earbuds called the Ascent, looks extremely sporty and has five hours of battery life, which is quite good for a true wireless. It can rapidly recharge the earbuds in just five minutes in an additional two hours of music playback. The case also serves as a power bank. The fancy feature is that the case is magnetic and automatically snaps each earbud into place.
The Fuse is expected to be available later this year for $169.99 (approximately Rs 10,700), and the Rowkin Ascent will be in production later this year, priced at $129.99 (approximately Rs 10,700).
