Panasonic India unveiled its next-generation range of frost-free refrigerators, manufactured in India. This latest range by the company range has an ‘intelligent’ inverter, which comes with ECONAVI technology. The company claims that the appliances aims at providing maximum cooling and high energy saving. The introductory range by the company range has 10 models in 336L and 307L capacity.
The refrigerators are claimed to cool 50 per cent faster while reducing electricity consumption compared to conventional ones. The ECONAVI sensor technology is equipped with seven sensors and program control software to monitor the refrigerator usage patterns and adapt the power saving mode around the consumer’s lifestyle.
Panasonic India also claims that the Prime Fresh freezing feature helps store food well. In addition to this, the AG Clean technology aims at eliminating 99.9 per cent bacteria. They have also completely eliminated the use of CFCs an environment-friendly refrigerant R600a has been used in this latest range.
The two-door Panasonic Refrigerator has 4 SKUs and 6 SKUs in 336L and 307L capacity respectively. The models are available between Rs 35,650 to Rs 42,150. All the models in the range are launched with 3 star energy rating. The company has announced that they will introduce the 260L capacity models in the second half of this year.
