They can also listen to songs, playlists, live radio stations, and podcasts through services like Amazon Prime Music, Saavn and TuneIn.

Users can also pair any of their Echo devices with the Fire TV for easy control of their entertainment experience using Alexa. Just ask Alexa to play and search for movies and TV shows, launch apps, and control playback on the Fire TV without lifting a finger.

As for the Alexa remote, it combines Bluetooth, multidirectional infrared technology and Amazon’s cloud-based service to control compatible TVs with a single remote.
