Testosterone Is for Deficiency, Not Otherwise

Testosterone helps only when levels are low; misuse may pose health risks.

I’m a 29-year-old man. My penis is very thin. I want to increase my sexual power. Is it advisable for me to take testosterone tablets? Though a doctor told me to do so, I read on the Internet that it isn’t healthy. Is this true? If so, what can I take to increase my sexual power?

Thinness or thickness of the penis has no bearing on a person’s ‘Sexual Power.’ It is the skill of the man in performing the sex act (including foreplay and after-play) that counts. A good lover is a man who understands his woman’s needs and feelings and caters to them. So, listen to and understand your woman. You will automatically have all the sex power you want. Testosterone should be taken only when it is deficient in one’s body. Consuming it without establishing its deficiency is fraught with health risks.

I am 28 years old. My parents are looking for a groom for me. My chest size is 32 and my breasts are quite normal but my nipples do not protrude. When I touch myself or have a bath they are erect but not permanently. In addition, I have hair on my chest and stomach. Will all this cause problems to my sex life? How can I increase my breast size?

About 10 to 20% of women have flat nipples, in the sense that their nipples do not protrude and become prominent. In some women, the nipples may be inverted (the nipples retract inside the breast tissue). This will not cause any sexual problem. However, it could lead to some difficulty in breast feeding the child. In such cases, surgical corrections can be undertaken. Some women have a few hairs around the areola. This also will not cause any sexual problem. However, it may look ungainly. You can get the hair removed by electrolysis. There is no proven medication to increase breast size if there is no hormone deficiency. The only way to increase size is through a cosmetic surgery known as ‘Breast Augmentation.’ Since your size is 32, you need not worry.
