Rishab Shetty’s Shivaji Film Ropes In ‘GoT’ Action Veterans
The Rs 500-crore epic has enlisted an award-winning international stunt choreographers to stage its grand battle sequences
Rishab Shetty’s much-anticipated historical epic The Pride of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj has added an international edge to its action team, roping in talent behind some of the world’s biggest productions, including Game of Thrones.
Producer Sandeep Singh has assembled an award-winning team of internationally acclaimed action directors to choreograph the film’s large-scale battle sequences. Leading the lineup is Mark Henson, best known for his work on Game of Thrones, Vikings, The Witcher, and the Oscar-winning Gravity.
Joining him are Vlad Rimburg, whose credits include The Fate of the Furious, Bloodshot, and Lucifer, and Craig Macrae, known for his work on Troy: Fall of a City. With a reported budget of Rs 500 crore, The Pride of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is shaping up to be one of India's biggest cinematic spectacles. Led by Rishab Shetty, with Arjun Rampal and Vivek Oberoi in key roles, the film promises an epic retelling of the Maratha king’s legacy.
