Nidhhi Agerwal Mobbed, Security Struggles
Actress’ experience in Hyderabad has once again exposed how thin the line is between admiration and intimidation

Actor Nidhhi Agerwal was mobbed by an unruly crowd while exiting the launch event for the song Sahana Sahana from the upcoming film The Raja Saab in Hyderabad on Wednesday.
As she exited the venue, a surging crowd closed in, with fans pushing aggressively to take selfies and videos.
Clips circulating online show repeated invasions of her personal space, with people grabbing, jostling and refusing to step back despite her visible discomfort, as many appeared more focused on getting a photograph than ensuring her safety.
Nidhhi was left visibly shaken as her security team struggled to form a human shield and escort her to the car — a process that took several tense minutes and highlighted serious lapses in crowd control and event security.
The incident has renewed concerns over fan entitlement, highlighting how lack of boundaries and poor crowd control can quickly turn admiration into unsafe behaviour.
Police step in
The Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB) police have registered a suo motu case against the management of Lulu Mall and the event organisers on Thursday (December 18, 2025), a day after Nidhhi Agerwal was mobbed. Authorities cited lapses in crowd management and security arrangements, signalling that organisers may now be held accountable for such incidents.
