Your exercise regime is the new talking point.
Actually, I am very surprised, or rather shocked to see that my workout has got this much media coverage. I don’t usually post about the amount of workout I do or pictures of me working out, because I am always too busy working out to record. But this one is in Denmark.
Your sasural?
Yes.I feel people are really strong here in Denmark. The way I have seen them pushing in the gym is really inspiring. And there are people ranging from their 20s to mid-50s in my CrossFit class. I do this routine 2-3 times a week and the other days are relatively lighter. Hyrox and CrossFit are pretty big in Denmark.
So you are more inspired to workout in Denmark?
Since here I am not really working, my whole focus is on physical well-being and making sure I stay fit and healthy. It’s not really about the number. That specific day was probably one on which I counted, and that is why I could post it. Other days I don’t really count the exercises. This is pretty usual for people here. But I understand nobody really talks about this kind of exercise back home so much in public forums, that is why it sounds a little different.
