Pandit’s firm, Shree Lotus Developers & Realty Limited, known for its high-end residential and commercial properties across Mumbai, is expanding its presence in Gujarat through the collaboration. The move reflects a broader trend of film personalities diversifying their investments into real estate.
Kapoor duo sells property for Rs 559.24 cr
Jeetendra and Tusshar Kapoor have sold a large commercial building in Chandivali for `559.24 crore. The transaction was executed through their respective companies, with NTT Global Data Centres, a subsidiary of Japan’s NTT Group, emerging as the buyer.
This marks the second major deal between the parties; in May 2024, the father-son duo sold another parcel in the same tech park to NTT for Rs 855 crore.
