Akshaye Khanna Moves Into New Home
The bungalow was purchased before Dhurandhar success
Akshaye Khanna, who has stayed away from the hype surrounding his screen successes in 2025, has quietly moved into a new home in Alibaug — without fanfare or the presence of family and friends.
Confirming this, one of his co-stars in Dhurandhar reveals, “None of us was invited to his new home, not even director Aditya Dhar. We are neither surprised nor disappointed. Throughout the shoot, Akshaye spoke only when required for the scene.” The actor also shares that Akshaye’s now-iconic dance move was unscripted. “Just before the shot, he asked Aditya Dhar if he could add the jig to his entry scene. Aditya agreed, and it went on to become a craze.” The sprawling bungalow was purchased well before the release of Dhurandhar, and the move has nothing to do with the film’s success. Akshaye will be living alone in the new home with only a skeletal staff.
