Aamir Names Vishal-Jwala’s Daughter
The actor has given the couple’s newborn a ‘thoughtful’ name, Mira
Aamir Khan, in a rare public appearance, flew to Hyderabad on Sunday to play a special role in the naming ceremony of the daughter of actor Vishnu Vishal and Arjuna-awardee Jwala Gutta. The couple welcomed their baby girl on April 22, after four years of marriage.
Vishnu and Jwala shared heartwarming moments from the ceremony on social media, revealing that the Sitaare Zameen Par actor had given their daughter her name: Mira. They both posted messages thanking Aamir.
Jwala wrote an emotional note, saying, “Our ‘Mira’! Couldn’t have asked for more!! This journey would have been impossible without u Aamir!! We love you. P.S Thank you for the beautiful and thoughtful name!!!!”
Vishnu’s post read: “Introducing our MIRA... A big hug to #AamirKhan sir for coming all the way to Hyderabad to name our baby. MIRA represents unconditional love and peace. The journey with Aamir sir to this point has been a magical one... Thank you Aamir sir for giving our daughter a beautiful name.”
The couple’s family, including Vishnu’s son Aryan from his first marriage, were present on the special occasion.
The close bond between Aamir and the couple reportedly stems from the 2023 Chennai floods when they were stranded at their OMR homes, and Aamir was in the city for his mother's medical treatment.
