Hyderabad: Cyberabad Municipal Corporation Commissioner, G Srijana along with HMWS&SB Managing Director K Ashok Reddy and engineering teams conducted detailed inspections of proposed STP locations at Neknampur, Chitrapuri, Khajaguda Lake, and Mushkin Cheruvu here on Wednesday.
The team also reviewed ongoing SNDP works at Pandenvaagu, Manikonda, and instructed officials to accelerate execution, maintain strict timelines, and ensure quality standards at every stage.
Further inspections were carried out at Mulkam Cheruvu and Khajaguda Lake STPs, along with Zonal Commissioners, and SNDP officials.
The senior officials instructed the staff to speed up all ongoing works with close monitoring apart from strengthening inter-departmental coordination for seamless execution and immediate action to arrest leakages at Khajaguda Lake
They also asked the staff to ensure proper functioning and timely completion of STPs and continuous field supervision and accountability of teams concerned besides coordinated efforts towards improved water management and sustainable infrastructure in Cyberabad
