The Super Giants, on Saturday became only the fourth club to win a second ISL trophy after Atletico de Kolkata, Chennaiyin FC and Mumbai City FC.
"DESTINY FULFILLED!," the ISL's official social media handles wrote on a video post, where they shared the Trophy celebrations of the team.
Sanjiv Goenka was seen on the podium along with all the players and coaching staff, lifting the trophy along with the captain, Subhasish Bose.
This behaviour drew serious reactions from netizens, who didn't mince words.
On the other hand, Sanjiv Goenka also faces backlash from cricket fans for his last season's fiasco involving KL Rahul.
