Shreyas Iyer on Monday created history after leading his side - Punjab Kings into not only playoffs but helping them secure a top-two spot in 11 years.

Punjab will play qualifier 1 on Thursday with the winner going directly to the June 3 final. Mumbai will play eliminator 1 on Friday against Royal Challengers Bengaluru or Gujarat Titans.
In the match, where MI's Suryakumar Yadav, PBKS's Josh Inglish and Priyank Arya scored fifties, an incident that happened on the boundary-line caught the attention of netizens.
During the 18th over of the first innings, Shreyas Iyer, who was fielding on the boundary line was seen having a chat with Mumbai Indians owner Akash Ambani and the internet couldn't keep calm.
