IPL 2025: SRH Brings In Ranji Trophy Record Holder After Zampa Injury

The 22-year-old left-arm spinner was bought by SRH for Rs 30 lakhs in the last player auction.

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) had picked Ranji Trophy record holder Harsh Dubey as replacement for R Smaran, who was ruled-out of the IPL 2025 after picking up an injury.

Smaran replaced Adam Zampa who suffered a shoulder injury.
Harsh Dubey plays for Vidarbha in the domestic circuit. Picking 69 wickets during the 2024-25 Ranji Season, Dubey broke the record for picking most wickets in a single season.
The 22-year-old left-arm spinner was bought by SRH for Rs 30 lakhs in the last player auction.
With their last match's loss, SRH's playoff hopes are all but over. If they win all of their remaining matches, they would still have to depend on the outcomes of other teams. The Cummins-led side will take on Delhi Capitals in tonights (Monday) game.
