Lewis Hamilton gets his adrenaline fix
Lewis Hamilton is used to life at top speed but has this time secured his adrenaline fix by skydiving.
The Mercedes bosses don’t need to worry too much, the three-time world champion was trying out an indoor simulator ahead of the Bahrain Grand Prix this weekend.
The 31-year-old posted a short video on his Instagram as he was launched into the air several times under the guidance of an instructor in the wind tunnel.
Hamilton captioned the video, ‘Indoor skydiving today in Bahrain!!! So much fun!’
The Brit will certainly be looking for a flying start at the upcoming GP having been usurped by Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg to finish second at the 2016 season opener in Melbourne earlier this month.
Ahead of the race in Sakhir, Hamilton has cast doubts over more planned rule changes in the sport and is adamant that faster cars won’t deliver better racing.
