Bengaluru: With the new domestic season a few months away, KSCA named experienced squads for the KSCA Dr. (Capt.) K Thimmappiah Memorial four-day cricket tournament to be held in Bengaluru and Mysuru from July 22 to August 18.
Karnataka Ranji team ’keeper Gautam CM will lead KSCA XI while Pawan KB, will skipper KSCA President’s XI. Pavan Deshpande has been named captain of KSCA Colts in the championship.
Along with KSCA XI, Himachal Pradesh, Orissa and Tripura make up Zone ‘A’ while Zone ‘B’ - to be played in Mysuru – have Mumbai, Pubjab, Andhra and Gujarat.
In Zone ‘C’, KSCA Colts will battle it out with defending champions Dr. DY Patil CA, Kerala, CA of Bengal. In Zone ‘D’, KSCA President’s XI face Baroda, Haryana and Vidarbha.
