Hyderabad: Army Ordnance Corps (Indian Army Node) bodybuilders did well at the 11th World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship held at Jeju Island in South Korea, winning two golds and a silver.
Havildar Rama Murthy of Army Ordnance Corps (Indian Army Node) won silver medal in 55kg weight category to become the first Indian Army bodybuilder ever to win the silver medal in any of world level bodybuilding championships.
Havildar Dayanand Singh won gold in the 100kg category while Havaldar Anuj Kumar Taliyan of Madras Sappers took gold in the 100+kg category.
