With the score locked at 16-16 in the second half, Ajay came up with a special raid as he went back with four touch points which was the first for Season 5. As the Warriors defense tried to prevent the raider from touching the half-way line, Ajay managed to get through the gap. Taking advantage of his height, he touched his right hand to the midline and made the raid a successful one.

The raid turned out to be the turning point of the match as Bengaluru Bulls inflicted an all-out on their opponent. Warriors fought hard top level the score but the home side ensured that they did not let the lead slip away and held on for a 31-25 victory.
