Hyderabad: All is set for a top class tennis clinic in Hyderabad three months from now. The city-based Sports Village has roped in the coach of World No. 11 Croatian player Marin Cilic for a session in July and August.
Certified coaches from Croatia including Diju Tomasovic, who trains Cilic, will be in town along with fitness coach Jaasca for the international camp scheduled to be held at the Hyderabad Polo and Riding Club in Aziz Nagar, Moinabad mandal.
Sports Village India CEO Mohammed Shamsuddin along with Sports Village Europe Director Joaquin Baena Martinez made the announcement on Sunday during a grand event in Barcelona, Spain, to celebrate the third anniversary of Sports Village Europa.
Interaction by the promoters, coaches and players was the feature of celebration.
The officials, after taking stock of their activities over the past three years, resolved to launch new initiatives in multiple sports disciplines across Europe and Asia to take quality coaching to youngsters in different sports.
