Hyderabad: Army Yachting Node (AYN) sailors excelled in Laser Radial category again at the Hussainsagar lake here on Friday during races being held as part of the Hyderabad Sailing Week. Harpreet of AYN was initially ahead in Race number 10, but Sharif Khan, also of AYN, moved ahead and went on to win the race. Vishnu (of TSC) also moved ahead of Harpreet to beat him narrowly.
In Race number 11 too, Nookarjun of AYN was at the front, but Sharif Khan moved ahead and finally won the race. Harpreet won the Race number 12, followed by Sharif Khan and Sachin Singha of EME SA. In 470 Class category, during Race number 10, the experienced combination of Ayaz and Shubham of AYN finished first, followed by another AYN duo of Muthu and Narendra. Race number 11 was won by Atul and Mahesh of AYN, while Race Number 12 was bagged by AYNs Muthu and Narendra.
