After a gruelling workout, many fitness fanatics opt for a healthy smoothie or a caffeine-rush. However, it appeared David Beckham clearly couldn’t decide between the two and opted for both after his latest SoulCycle class in Los Angeles. The retired footballer, 41, was spotted carrying an iced coffee and a berry smoothie as he stopped for refreshments following his indoor cycling session.
The father-of-four looked pumped in his black T-shirt and cream shorts as he headed back to his car. The former England captain is currently spending the summer holidays in California with wife Victoria and their four children Brooklyn, 17; Romeo, 13; Cruz, 11; and Harper, five. The Beckhams spend most of the holidays in Los Angeles - where they previously lived for five years while David was playing for LA Galaxy — but live in London during term-time, where the children are enrolled at school. Earlier, proud father David posted a video of youngest son Cruz showing off his dance moves to hip-hop music on his Instagram page. He captioned the clip: ‘Come on Cruzie.’
