Staffordshire: As the England football team gear up for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, head coach Gareth Southgate has come up with an innovative way of keeping his young squad fresh before the grand stage.
Three Lions stars such as Harry Kane, Jesse Lingard, Jamie Vardy, Raheem Sterling and many others were spotted enjoying a sport of Kabaddi during their training session.

England are set to face Nigeria in their first warm-up match on Saturday followed by a match against Costa Rica next week.
England find themselves placed in Group G along with the likes of Tunisia, Belgium and Panama. Roberto Martinez’ Belgium Red Devils will pose the biggest threat as England aim to top the group.
Harry Kane and team begin their campaign against Tunisia on June 18 in Volgograd.
Liverpool teammates Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jordan Henderson have completed the remainder 23-man squad following their UEFA Champions League final appearances.
