New Delhi: Hosts Minerva Punjab FC will be confident of winning against newly-promoted Neroca FC in their I-League match at the Guru Nanak Stadium in Ludhiana on Friday after snatching a point against giants Mohun Bagan in their opening match.
Minerva held Bagan 1-1 at home thanks to late goal and will expect to go one better against the first Manipur club to play in the tournament. Abhishek Ambekar, Captain Sukhdev, Lago and Kassim played well for Minerva against Bagan.
