Choreography at a big event is Chandana Wickramasinghe's passion. His enthusiasm and hard work with his team of dancers could easily be seen during the Opening Ceremony of the Lanka Premier League (LPL) on Thursday.

"We also performed at Lord's when the Sri Lankan team visited England some five years ago. During lunch break the spectators watched our performance at the ground", speaking exclusively over the telephone from Sri Lanka, he said.

"This time it was a big challenge. During rehearsals we had to maintain the safety and the distancing, but my dancing family supported me and encouraged me to perform".

Chandana Wickramasinghe has studied this dancing art and choreography in Shantiniketan in India. Interestingly, he was also invited by Mukesh Ambani to perform in his daughter Isha's wedding in 2018.

"As Bathiya and Santhush we were very privileged to have done the theme music and official song for the LPL . The Melody of the song was composed by Chrishan Fernando and Santhush Weeraman",  Bathiya Jayakody, speaking from Sri Lanka, said exclusively.

"We have also produced theme songs / music for many sporting, state and international events including the ICC Cricket World Cup T20 2012, Sri Lanka Cricket, Carlton Rugby, CHOGM 2013, World Youth Conference 2013, IFFA 2010. They have also produced music for international & local brands such as Coca Cola, SONY, McDonalds, Yamaha, Dialog Axiata, SONY BMG & Universal Music".

"We were part of the opening of the ICC World Cup 2011, ICC T20 World Cup 2012 , Sri Lanka Premier League and many other events. We are very passionate about cricket", concluded Bathia.
