Sudhanshu Vats, the Group CEO of Viacom 18, announced that a Bollywood biopic is being made on the captain of the Indian women’s cricket team, Mithali Raj. He tweeted, “The entire @Viacom18 family is proud to bring @M_Raj03’s inspirational story to everyone (sic).” While Mithali is very happy about the biopic, she said that she would be able to give more details only after an official announcement is made by the makers of the movie.
