Dhoni vs Sarfaraz: Twitterati argue over better wicket-keeper
Mumbai: Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed’s catch against New Zealand was a stunner but Indian fans created a lot of buzz on social media after MS Dhoni took an amazing catch on Thursday against West Indies.
With a mission to chase the target of 269, Windies already had a bad start as they lost their five batsmen for just 107 in 26 overs. The only left hope and in-form batsman Carlos Brathwaite was on strike when Jasprit Bumrah was brought into the attack.
The delivery was bowled from wider of the crease and Brathwaite had no choice but to follow the ball with bat snicked through. And like a thunder MS Dhoni dived to his right and grabbed a one-handed catch, dismissing Brathwaite for just 1 run. Hopes for the Windies shattered and everyone started replaying Dhoni’s catch in a loop.

Social media, especially Indians fans started of boasting a better catch from MS Dhoni as compared to Pakistan’s skipper-wicketkeeper Sarfaraz Ahmed’s stunner in the match against New Zealand on Wednesday. Dhoni’s catch is being hailed as the best effort by Indian fans whereas Pakistani fans go on to praise their skipper’s effort.
In the match against New Zealand, Shaheen Shah Afridi had bowled the last ball of ninth over to Ross Taylor which turned out to be a blinder. Pakistani skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed took a gigantic leap to his right, one-handed and that was a big wicket for team Pakistan.
Pakistan’s captain restricted the ball and didn’t let it get far. An exceptional catch it was from Sarfaraz indeed which was voted the ‘Play of the Day’ from the Pakistan vs New Zealand match by the ICC.

Dhoni got up instantly after the catch, Sarfaraz was picked up by the guy in slip. Dhoni's fitness is far better. Anybody saying Sarfarazs was better would be paki or drunk
