Gautam Gambhir wants to rename Yamuna Sports Complex after Arun Jaitley
Mumbai: Ex-Indian cricketer and East Delhi MP, Gautam Gambhir, typed a letter to the Lt. Governor of Delhi, Anil Bajaj, where he suggested the renaming of the Yamuna Sports Complex to Arun Jaitley Sports Complex.
Gambhir said that this sports complex should be renamed after Jaitley because of his contribution to the nation and his love for cricket.
In a tweet, he posted an image of his letter and said, “May he remain in our hearts forever. As a mark of respect to our beloved leader, I hereby propose to rename “Yamuna Sports Complex” as “Arun Jaitley Sports Complex” #RiPJaitleySir”

The former union minister passed away on 24th August after suffering from a prolonged illness.
