Team India undertake trekking to rejuvenate after Australia defeat
Pune: India were dished out their second-biggest defeat in home Tests in Pune as they lost to Australia by a massive 333 runs. The defeat brought an end to India’s 19-Test unbeaten run to an end and came as a big shock for local cricket fans as Australia were billed as underdogs.

It’s natural that the shoulders would be down in the dressing room owing to the heavy defeat. India have been in a brilliant form this home season and hardly put a foot wrong before Pune Test. So, it’s vital that the players rediscover the confidence before they go into the next Test in Bengaluru on March 4.
Indian players went trekking in the surrounding areas of Pune to reinvigorate their campaign.
Captain Virat Kohli posted a picture on Twitter with a caption: “Everyday is a blessing and an opportunity. Be grateful and keep moving ahead.”
Left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja posted a picture on Instagram with a caption: “On the mountain”.
Ace spinner Ravichandran Ashwin also shared a picture of trekking with Abhinav Mukund on Instagram and tweeted another picture alongside Cheteshwar Pujara and Murali Vijay.
