Krunal proud' of younger brother Hardik Pandya's Test debut vs Sri Lanka
Mumbai: Hardik Pandya on Wednesday became the 289th player to make his Test debut for India in the first match against Sri Lanka at Galle.
It has been a one-and-a-half year journey in international cricket for the Baroda lad, who made his debut for Team India in T20 cricket, and since then he has become a mainstay in the ODI setup.
The Test debut marks a new chapter in Hardik’s cricketing career and provides him an opportunity to make a name for himself in the longer format of the game as well.
Hardik’s Elder brother Krunal Pandya who is currently touring South Africa with the India A side, congratulated his younger brother on earning his maiden Test cap for India.
On Wednesday, Krunal posted a heartfelt message for Hardik on his social media accounts.
